Exhibition operational conflict culture - conflicts and Mobbing in the working sphere

For many years the GRUNDIG is ACADEMY registered association as Weiterbildungsinstitut outrider in the Mediationsausbildung. The GRUNDIG ACADEMY registered association, Nuremberg takes part as a sponsor and Mitveranstalter in the exhibition to the conflict culture from 3 October. - 18. Nov. 2007 in the museum for communication Nuremberg.

In the exhibition „if none greets and all is silent " finds interested the correct information approximately around the topic of conflicts in the working sphere. Conflicts and conflict causes in the working sphere are brought up for discussion and the consequences of unresolved conflicts - e.g. Mobbing - are illustrated. Beyond that individual mastering strategies in conflict situations are presented and operational solution models are presented.
